Buy with confidence - Tulster offers a 30-day money back guarantee! If you are not happy with your purchase, simply log into your account and submit a request to return the item. A full refund or store credit will be processed (minus shipping) once item has been received. Holster and/or mag carrier must be in new condition. Any damaged product will be rejected and nonrefundable.

Be sure to use a tracked and insured shipping method as we will NOT refund returns that get lost via the carrier. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. (Tulster will cover shipping cost for incorrect items shipped or defective products received.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of Tulster receiving the items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Retail Gear/Equipment

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). However, if items are opened and the return is not due to a defect or error on our part - a partial refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be up to 85% at our discretion.
