Warranty

Tulster provides a Lifetime Warranty for all Tulster Kydex products, including, but not limited to, holsters, magazine carriers, and Delta Trays. If your Tulster Kydex product cracks or breaks at any time, cease use immediately and contact us. We will fix or replace the product in question. We reserve the right to replace your damaged product with a similar or updated product if the original product has been changed or discontinued. The warranty is void if we find that the product has been altered or misused, and we will offer no compensation in such cases. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover aftermarket hardware, including, but not limited to, belt clips, soft loops, OWB loops, or lost hardware. You must return the item to us; see our Returns Policy. Tulster does not cover the shipping expenses for returning the item to our facility, but we will cover the shipping costs to send the product back to you.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00PM CST on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders submitted after 12:00PM CST on a weekday will ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends... so all weekend orders will ship out the following business day. For holidays, please add 5-7 business days for processing.

Lost Packages

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify Tulster of lost packages after the waiting period. According to the USPS claims department, no claims can be filed for 20 days. In almost every situation we have seen packages show up within the 20 day waiting period.

If you supplied us a wrong shipping address there is very little we can do once the order has shipped - we do not take responsibility for the customer's mistake in this matter.

In the event that an item is damaged or lost, the carrier will refund the order amount once a claim is filed and approved. In the event of a lost package, it is best to go ahead and re-order so you can get your gear in hand as soon as possible. If the item eventually shows up, you can return it to Tulster for a full refund. "Free shipping" methods are typically not insured.
