Yes. The 43 and 43X share the same slide, and the holster covers the slide, not the grip. Every holster on this page fits both.
Will these fit a Glock 43X MOS with a red dot?
Every holster listed fits the 43X MOS slide. For a mounted optic, choose Profile+ or OATH. Both are cut to clear the dot.
Which light works on a Glock 43X, and which holster carries it?
A 43X MOS has a rail, so it takes the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub, TLR-7X Sub or TLR-7 Sub HL-X. Carry that setup in the ARC. The ARC is molded around the light, so it only works with the light mounted. A standard 43X has no rail, so the light option is the Streamlight TLR-6 or TLR-6 HL, which mounts to the trigger guard. Carry that in the Profile for TLR-6. What is the best Glock 43X holster for appendix carry?
Profile, Profile+ and OATH are all built for appendix carry. Profile is the slimmest. OATH adds an ambidextrous shell and a concealment wing for a longer grip like the 43X.
Is the Glock 43X good for concealed carry?
It is one of the most carried pistols in the country for a reason: a slim 9mm with a full grip. The holster decides whether it prints. A properly molded Kydex holster with the right ride height carries the 43X under a T-shirt.
Is the Glock 43X discontinued?
No. When Glock discontinued most of its lineup in November 2025, the 43, 43X and 48 were the models it kept in production. Your 43X is not going anywhere, and neither is its holster.
Do you make left-hand Glock 43X holsters?
Yes. Profile, Profile+, ARC, Contour, Range+ and the TLR-6 Profile all come in left hand. OATH is ambidextrous.
